KLIAS RIVER CRUISE
Depart Kota Kinabalu city for one and a half our drive to the Klias Wetland Forest Reserve passing scenic Kampong sceneries dotted with paddy fields, buffalos, local produces stalls by the roadside and indigenous people’s houses. The Klias Wetland is the biggest wetland reserve in the Sabah state and is home to varieties of flora and fauna. A good chance to see the rare and elusive long nose and bulging belly proboscis monkey, wild silver leaf monkeys, macaques and some birdlife. As the dusk sets in, see a magical scene unfolds before you as thousands of fireflies flicker their wings and light up like Christmas lights adorning the mangrove trees. After dinner by the river bank, return to your hotel (Dinner included)
